THE FOUNDER
As a Naval Engineer and Military Veteran, Mr. Deoliveira spent over a decade managing reliability of reactor safety equipment during overhauls and retrofit of mission-critical Navy vessels. In a world where there is zero room for error, he mastered the art of project management, technical analysis and leadership—skills he now uses to help fellow veterans and civilians structure their lives financially.
His expertise isn't just academic; it’s rooted in several years of hands-on business ownership. Before transitioning into his Engineering career, Weberth built and operated a successful auto-electronics company he owned for 15 years. This experience also gave him a "street-smart" education in sales and operational management, teaching him exactly how to translate technical knowledge into profitable, business-focused solutions.
A pivotal shift occurred in 2018 following the sale of his business and the completion of his honorable military service, year when he purchased his first multifamily property using the VA home loan.
What was originally intending to simply offset his living expenses, quickly evolved into a real estate strategy and eventually, a mission to help fellow veterans and new investors leverage real estate as a definitive path toward financial independence.
Today, Mr. Deoliveira advises clients on how to turn investment ideas into sustainable cash-flow systems. Whether he is coaching someone on rental property strategies or teaching them how to scale a vehicle-rental business, his approach is always the same: simplify the math, minimize the risk, and maximize the performance. He specializes in showing investors how to optimize assets—even using "other people’s cars"—to generate consistent income.
